Some of these Cacti flower continuously through the summer months. One variety actually opens its flowers at night only to close them in the daylight. You can almost watch it happen.
The pool is a very sensible 8 x 4 metres with automatic filtration and solar heating. It features easy entry steps at the shallow end making it ideal for elderly, infirm and young alike. The deep end remains a standing area for most adults.
Around the pool are terraced area’s for dining, enjoying Bar-B-Ques, sun beds to relax on, areas for ballgames in fact most things.
The Chalet / Pool garden has it’s own bar and gas barbeque with space for a fridge to keep food and drinks cool. This is covered by cane roofing providing dappled shade for both the bar, barbecue and dining tables.
Features: Various Flowers, Various Cacti, Various Shrubs, Garden Store Room.
The fruit gardens
There is an orchard with the villa. It is well stocked with Peach, Orange, Lemon, Satsuma, Date, Almond and Pear trees and a number of Grape vines. Other fruit and veg can be planted as there is much space unused.
The property has enough room for stables for 2 – 3 horses which could easily be built in the fruit plot. The plot is surrounded by high walls to three sides and a wire link fence to the fourth. There is private secure gated entry to the field from the road and from the gardens of the villa.
There is a second gate point which needs a ramp put to it which could also be used. Permission to place stables there would only be required if they were to construct using brick / block and laid concrete foundations. However, the ground is fairly hard and a timber construction would be cheaper, easier, quicker and not require permission as it would be classed as a non permanent garden structure.
The property is situated in a dead end road with no passing traffic other than vehicles of the owners of the handful of neighbours houses directly opposite the land so it is very quiet and peaceful. An ideal location to be assured tranquillity for horses.
